QIWI is a bank and one of the largest online payment services.
The company began with payment terminals and the image of the Kiwi bird — guiding users step by step through what were then new payment devices.
Challenge
To bring back the iconic Kiwi bird in a new, contemporary form — as an assistant in online payments and a consultant on the bank’s products.
Solution
We found an emotional balance in facial expressions and in the proportions of the head and body. The Qiwi bird is neither caricatured nor overly serious — but a friendly, reliable assistant and companion.
