The goal of the project was to create a strong brand of Russian still wine capable of standing out in a competitive market and attracting the attention of the target audience — men and women aged 30–50. To achieve this, it was necessary to develop three unique label concepts for Cabernet Franc wines, combining visual style with the idea of quality and uniqueness in order to ensure successful brand positioning.
For the Château de Talu “Southern vertical” collection, we created a unique visual language reflecting the brand’s philosophy and its pursuit of quality. At the core of the concept lies the metaphor of a staircase symbolizing the path to perfection: each step upward represents stages of the wine’s maturation, and the clouds at the top represent the final goal — refined taste. We proposed two visualization approaches: a hand-drawn style for the premium “Southern vertical” line and a photo collage for the everyday “Miriades” series. Both solutions were approved by the client for their originality and alignment with the concept.
Château de Talu received a powerful visual concept that differentiates the brand in the market. The “Southern vertical” line gained recognition as a premium product, and the abstract imagery together with the staircase metaphor became symbols of aspiration toward excellence. The everyday “Miriades” series attracted attention through its contrasting design. We created a collection that not only unites the labels but tells a story of development, aligning with contemporary trends and setting the brand apart from competitors.
