Krombacher Beer Kitchen Case

A joint project between German brewing giant Krombacher and renowned Russian restaurateur Denis Ivanov, dedicated to elevated beer gastronomy.

Challenge

To create a co-branding system that unites the traditions of Krombacher with Denis Ivanov’s distinctive approach: signature dishes based on gastro bestsellers from different countries and cultures.

Solution

We searched for a visual anchor within the interior and found it in Ivanov’s signature tall columns. They evolved into generative patterns that unite dishes and beverages from different cultures under one roof.

The pattern elements are stylized serving forms of various beer types — reflecting the diversity the restaurant takes pride in. A restrained style in shades of black and bronze reinforces the atmosphere of fine dining.
