Roca Case — Branding & Communications

Roca is a well-known Spanish bathroom brand, highly familiar to the Russian market.

You can find it in every second office, shopping mall, and apartment. Across the country, the brand operates stores and showrooms of various formats and scales — from compact 20 m² spaces to 2,000 m² flagships.

Challenge

To develop scalable brand zone standards that can be easily adapted and implemented in different retail spaces across Russia.

Solution

We created a modular display system based on standardized demo blocks. Each block is designed for a specific product category — basins, bathtubs, furniture, sanitaryware — and finished in the brand’s signature black, combined with refined wood and stone textures.
The blocks assemble like LEGO: standardized dimensions and spacing allow for flexible compositions in any retail format.

A dedicated info panel — an insert featuring details about a specific collection or model — can be attached or removed in one simple motion on any stand. This ensures each display communicates all key product information while keeping the demo block itself universal. Updating the exposition? Simply replace the info panel.

The final touch: end panels featuring the brand’s key visual. They can be easily mounted on the side of any stand.

We documented the entire system in a comprehensive guideline describing each element and just five simple placement rules. These rules are demonstrated across all types of brand zones — island formats, wall placements, window displays, shopfront installations, and more.
