  QiWI is a popular Russian bank & online payment service. Starting in the mid 2000’s, their first payment terminals were branded with a Qiwi bird, that guided each user through the payment process.

• The goal
  To bring back the legendary Qiwi bird with a fresh & modern new look. The new bird will now serve as an online payment assistant.
   
  The solution
  Looking for a perfect balance in the sizes of the head & body, as well as an emotional balance conveyed by the eyes and beak, we tried to make the new Qiwi look not to cartoonish, yet not overly serious, give him a cozy look of a helper and a friend.
